3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

93pk reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process, as part of our KYC procedures. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
If 93pk discovers that a player who is or was under the age of 18 has accessed the platform, that player's account will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

4. Account Registration & Security

One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 93pk platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether using the same personal details or different details — is strictly prohibited. If 93pk detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Account Credentials & Password Security
Upon registration, you will create a username and password that are unique to your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your account — including your name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details — remains accurate and current. If any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly or contact our support team. 93pk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if account information does not match the identity documents provided during KYC verification.
Account Verification (KYC)
93pk may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal, crediting a bonus, or continuing to provide Services. KYC verification typically requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where required, proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number). 93pk will process KYC submissions as promptly as operationally practicable. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — 93pk does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
93pk does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges. All deposits are intended for the purpose of using 93pk's gaming Services. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with our AML obligations. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Abuse & Misuse
93pk operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on all outcomes of a single event) to clear wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to claim referral or multi-player bonuses fraudulently; and any other behaviour that 93pk reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by the platform.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 93pk reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds, to close the associated account(s), and to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole and final discretion of 93pk's compliance team.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus Funds that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. 93pk will not provide compensation for bonus funds that expire due to a player's failure to use them within the stated validity period.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Once a wagering requirement has been met in full, any resulting Balance up to the maximum bonus win cap specified in the promotion terms becomes part of your withdrawable Balance and may be withdrawn in the normal manner. Maximum win caps on bonus funds, where applicable, will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 93pk platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

- Engage in arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets.
- Use VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your actual location.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse 93pk support staff or other platform users in any channel.
- Provide false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 93pk.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Any breach of the prohibitions set out in this section — or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions — may result in one or more of the following actions, at 93pk's sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.
- Forfeiture of all or part of your account Balance, including cleared funds, where the Balance was derived from or tainted by prohibited conduct.
- Voidance of all pending and recently settled bets placed in violation of these terms.
- Reporting of your details and conduct to relevant financial crime authorities where legally required.
- Legal action to recover losses or damages suffered by 93pk as a result of your prohibited conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the 93pk platform — including but not limited to the 93pk brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, typography, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 93pk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
93pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; create derivative works based on platform content; use the 93pk brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 93pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from platform outages, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond 93pk's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from compromised account credentials. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed and even if 93pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
93pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 93pk account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 93pk's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 93pk; (b) death or personal injury caused by 93pk's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including AML concerns.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.

Closure at Your Request (Self-Exclusion)
